After over 15 years working as a technology and privacy lawyer, at the intersection of technology, privacy and cybersecurity law, I decided to establish a law practice dedicated to helping my clients navigate the opportunities and challenges that come with operating in an increasingly digital world. As artificial intelligence, emerging technologies and the shifting regulatory landscape reshape how organisations operate, the need for legal guidance has never been greater.

As an enthusiastic privacy lawyer, privacy law sits at the heart of my practice. Responsible and transparent handling of personal information and data is imperative to enabling digital trust.

When organisations invest in technology or collect and handle personal information, they should be able to do so with legal frameworks and governance arrangements in place to build trust with customers and stakeholders.
